IranConnectBy installing or using IranConnect, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Provider and eligibility
IranConnect is a product of IRANCONNECT LTD. Company information appears in our Legal Notice. You must be legally able to accept these terms and comply with the laws that apply to you.
2. Purpose of the service
IranConnect is intended to help Iranians abroad access supported Iranian online services for lawful personal or business purposes. It is not permission to access any account, system, or content without authorization.
3. Service operation
The app may automatically provision a connection credential for each installation, apply destination routing, and enforce connection, time, bandwidth, or service-tier limits. Coverage, gateways, routes, speed, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every destination, carrier, network, device, or operating-system version.
4. Your responsibilities
You must protect access to your device, use the service lawfully, respect third-party terms and rights, and promptly report suspected credential compromise. You may not share, resell, extract, reverse engineer for abuse, or use provisioned credentials outside the authorized app.
5. Free and paid features
Features may be free, supported by clearly disclosed advertising, or offered as paid plans. Any price, term, renewal, and cancellation information will be shown before purchase. Mobile purchases are subject to the applicable App Store or Google Play billing terms.
6. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, rotate, or revoke an installation credential or service access when reasonably necessary for security, capacity, legal compliance, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. You may stop using IranConnect at any time.
7. Third-party services
IranConnect may route access to independent websites and rely on network, hosting, geolocation, payment, and app-store providers. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, or practices.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, IranConnect is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. IRANCONNECT LTD is not responsible for external sites, network failures, lost profits, indirect damage, or events beyond reasonable control. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us during the preceding 12 months or GBP 75.
9. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without overriding mandatory consumer rights where you live. Contact us before filing a claim so we can try to resolve it informally.
