IranConnectIranConnect does not install a custom root certificate, decrypt HTTPS/TLS traffic, or intentionally create browsing histories.
1. Operator

2. Connection data
To provision, secure, limit, and troubleshoot the service, we process a random installation identifier, a per-installation VLESS connection credential, assigned service tier and gateway, app version, aggregate transferred-byte counters, and limited connection events. Source IP addresses and connection timestamps may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse prevention and operational security.
3. Displayed IP and location
When the app requests the public IP and approximate city/country shown on screen, an external IP-geolocation provider may receive the requesting IP address. The result is used to display connection status and is not used for behavioral advertising.
4. Diagnostics and feedback
Local diagnostic events describe setup and connection outcomes without packet contents. They are sent to us only when you explicitly submit feedback or ask for support. A submitted message and the diagnostic details you choose to include are retained long enough to investigate and respond.
5. Data we do not intentionally collect
We do not intentionally store histories of destination domains, destination IP addresses, DNS requests, page contents, packet payloads, passwords entered on websites, or TLS contents. We do not sell personal information or use tunnel activity for targeted advertising.
6. Purposes and providers
We process the limited data above to provide access, apply service limits, maintain reliability, prevent attacks and fraud, answer support requests, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations. Infrastructure hosting providers, the IP-geolocation service, and Apple or Google for app distribution or purchases may process the minimum information needed for their role.
7. Retention and disclosure
Operational records are kept only as long as necessary. Source-IP connection records normally expire within 30 days. Aggregate usage may be retained for billing, capacity, and abuse controls. We disclose information only to service providers under appropriate obligations, in response to valid law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, or our service.
8. Your choices and requests
You may disconnect, remove the VPN configuration through your operating system, stop using the app, or contact us for applicable access, correction, or deletion rights. Include the random installation ID from app diagnostics when asking about operational records; never send a private connection credential.
9. Security, international processing, and children
We use encryption in transit, restricted administration, credential protection, and rate limits, but no system is risk-free. Data may be processed where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. IranConnect is not directed to children under 13.
10. Changes
Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice.
